There are three ways to register as purchaser or visitor.

1. Register with the departments in charge of economy and trading, Supporting Chambers of Commerce of CAEXPO or the organizations / enterprises authorized by the CAEXPO to organize professional visitors. Mail or FAX  The 5th China-ASEAN Expo Registration Form (for Purchasers/Visitors)  to departments concerned, chambers of commerce or organizations/enterprises mentioned above upon filling in necessary information.  

2. Register with the CAEXPO Secretariat. Mail or FAX  The 5th China-ASEAN Expo Registration Form (for Purchasers/Visitors)  to the CAEXPO Secretariat upon filling in necessary information.

You may also contact the China-ASEAN Expo Secretariat or visit the official website of the CAEXPO for The 5th China-ASEAN Expo Registration Form (for Purchasers/Visitors). Photocopies are acceptable.

The China-ASEAN Expo Secretariat, upon receiving your registration form, will deliver invitation accordingly.

Visitor may obtain pass by presenting invitation, business card, valid ID card and recent photo.
