The Opening Ceremony of the 5th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) will be commenced at 9:00 am on October 22, 2008. To yield richer economic and trade outcomes and to ensure a sound atmosphere for business talks on that day, the Inspection Tour of VIPs in the 5th CAEXPO exhibition halls will be arranged on October 21, 2008, the day before the CAEXPO Opening Ceremony.

To facilitate relevant arrangement, the booth setup period will be adjusted to October 12-20, as shown below:
October 12-18  08:30-18:00
08:30 of October 19 – 24:00 of October 20
Halls close for security check at 24:00 of October 20

Please be sure to complete your booth setup before 24:00 of October 20 in line with the above schedule.
