Q: When and Where the 3rd CAEXPO will be held?

A: The 3rd China-ASEAN EXPO will be held in Nanning International Convention & Exhibition Center, Guangxi the Southern province of China, from Oct.31 to Nov.3, 2006.

Q: What is the Requirement on Exhibitors?

A: The following criteria are set for enterprise exhibitors at the CAEXPO. The CAEXPO Secretariat will only accept applications from qualified enterprises.
(1) Any enterprise participating as exhibitor shall be possessive of legal licenses in its own country/region. And enterprises from the Chinese Mainland shall obtain import/export licenses from Chinese government or be possessive of a register capital over RMB 1 million.
(2) Enterprise exhibitors of the Chinese Mainland shall provide valid import/export enterprise code (for import/export enterprises) or copy of valid business license issued by local industrial and commercial administrations (for non-import/export enterprises).
(3) Enterprise exhibitors and exhibits shall comply with relevant requirements stipulated in the Bulletin on the 3rd China-ASEAN Expo released by the CAEXPO Secretariat.
(4) The title of enterprise used for registration shall be consistent with that on the fascia of its booth. No transferring or speculative reselling of booths is allowed. No infringement upon intellectual prosperity is allowed, nor is the retailing of exhibits at the Venue.
(5) Enterprises could voluntarily provide other valid materials and proofs of honors concerning the enterprises or their products. Priorities of participation shall be granted to quality enterprises and brand products by the CAEXPO Secretariat.

Q: How to Participate in the CAEXPO as Exhibitors?

A: Government departments concerned of each country/region will organize local enterprises to participate in the CAEXPO as exhibitors; chambers of commerce will organize their member enterprises; professional agents may involve in exhibiting enterprises organization; or enterprises of each country/region may register directly with the CAEXPO Secretariat.
